Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as an F&B Assistant. The F&B Assistant will play a key role in providing exceptional food and beverage service to our customers at our FBO facilities in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Food and Beverage Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of our food and beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and serving sizes, and be able to make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Table Setup: Set up tables and dining areas with appropriate tableware, linens, and decorations, ensuring that all items are clean, polished, and presented attractively.
- Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately using POS systems, handle cash and credit card transactions, and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, and address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that dining areas, service stations, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained at all times, following food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including chefs, servers, and supervisors, to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent service to our guests.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional food and beverage items, such as desserts, appetizers, or specialty drinks, and provide recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hospitality or aviation environment, is preferred but not required.
- Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and presentation in food and beverage service.
- Team Player: Ability to work well as part of a team, follow instructions, and collaborate effectively with coworkers.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests and the business.
