Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate and administer HR projects and initiatives, such as employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Prepare and process documentation related to HR activities, including employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
  • Organize and maintain HR files and databases, both digital and physical.
  • Support the HR team in planning and organizing employee events and activities.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and UAE labor laws.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Valid UAE residence visa is a plus but not mandatory as visa sponsorship is available.
