Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the efficient and effective functioning of HR processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll process by collecting and verifying timesheets, processing leave requests, and assisting with salary disbursements.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and employee wellness initiatives.
  • HR Policies: Help in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure employees are informed about company policies and any changes.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees. Maintain training records and assist in evaluating training programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies. Assist in preparing reports for regulatory authorities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role. Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
