Job Description:

Cityland Group is currently seeking a talented and proactive individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist. The successful candidate will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.   • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
  • Respond to IT support tickets and inquiries in a timely manner, resolving issues efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts, email accounts, and access permissions.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as system updates, patches, and backups, to ensure the security and reliability of IT systems.
  • Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement solutions as needed.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference and training purposes.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and service management principles.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are desirable but not required.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
