Key Responsibilities:
- Design Support: Assist senior designers in creating visually compelling designs for packaging, advertisements, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Asahi Beverages’ brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and media.
- Creative Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts that enhance the visual appeal of our products.
- Production: Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications.
- Market Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Feedback Integration: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design work.
Qualifications:
- Education: A relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, including internships or freelance work, is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Creativity: A keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
