Role Overview:

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Asahi Beverages, you will be a vital part of our creative team, contributing to the visual identity and brand presence of our products. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Support: Assist senior designers in creating visually compelling designs for packaging, advertisements, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Asahi Beverages’ brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and media.
  • Creative Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts that enhance the visual appeal of our products.
  • Production: Prepare design files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with the latest design trends, consumer preferences, and industry developments to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Feedback Integration: Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design work.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in graphic design, including internships or freelance work, is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
