As a Mechanical Assembler at Adecco Luxembourg, you will play a vital role in the assembly and production of mechanical components and equipment. Your responsibilities may include:
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Assembling mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to blueprints and instructions
- Using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks such as drilling, tapping, and fastening
- Inspecting finished products to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality
- Identifying and troubleshooting assembly issues or defects, and making adjustments as needed
- Performing routine maintenance on assembly equipment and tools
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
- Following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
