Job Description:

As an Order Manager at Adecco Luxembourg, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process to ensure that client orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with clients, candidates, and internal teams, you will oversee the coordination of staffing requests, candidate placements, and administrative tasks to meet client expectations and deadlines.

  • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Coordinating with internal teams to source, screen, and select candidates for client positions
  • Negotiating terms and agreements with clients and candidates, including rates, contracts, and terms of employment
  • Managing the scheduling and placement of candidates in client positions, ensuring a seamless onboarding process
  • Monitoring and tracking the status of client orders and candidate placements to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Resolving any issues or concerns related to orders, placements, or client relationships in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their orders and placements
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions, orders, and placements in the company’s systems
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a staffing, recruitment, or customer service role preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients, candidates, and internal teams
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and database management tools
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends related to staffing and recruitment
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
