Key Responsibilities
- Childcare: Provide attentive and loving care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Activities: Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
- Daily Routine: Assist with daily routines, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap times.
- Education: Support early childhood education by helping with homework, reading, and educational games.
- Household Duties: Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry, meal preparation, and tidying up play areas.
- Health and Safety: Monitor children’s health and safety, administering basic first aid if necessary and keeping a close watch on their activities.
- Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school, activities, and appointments as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on the children’s progress and any concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Nanny or in a similar childcare role is required. Formal training or certification in early childhood education is a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of child development stages and age-appropriate activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Patient, reliable, and nurturing. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to keep up with active children and perform physical tasks related to childcare.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an advantage.
- Visa: Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE, with visa sponsorship provided by Acube Real Estate Development LLC.
