Job Overview:

PUMA is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Stock Controller to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. As a Retail Stock Controller, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating stock replenishment, and ensuring accurate stock levels within our retail stores. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to inventory management. The ideal candidate has experience in retail operations, a customer-focused mindset, and a commitment to maintaining an efficient and accurate stockroom.

  • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels within the retail store.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment from the warehouse to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with store management to ensure efficient stockroom organization and proper stock placement.
  • Prepare inventory reports for store management and corporate teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including safety and loss prevention protocols.
  • Assist with receiving and unpacking shipments, ensuring products are properly labeled and stored.
  • Communicate with the supply chain team to address stock-related issues and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Provide support to the sales team by locating and delivering products from the stockroom.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail stock control, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
