Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive growth across the European market.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales metrics and performance, preparing regular reports for senior management and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance product visibility and demand.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and distributors, closing high-value deals that align with company goals and profitability.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the tool or manufacturing industry.
