Position Overview:
As a Housekeeper at CS Invest, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize residential units, including living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational facilities.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and safely.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property management team promptly.
- Replenish supplies in residential units and common areas, such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as required.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing any housekeeping-related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, contributing to a pleasant living environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks, including lifting and moving items.
