Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, handling objections or complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and results in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license.
