Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting AromsTech Perfumes’ products and upselling when appropriate.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our fragrance lines, including ingredients, scent profiles, and benefits to provide expert advice to customers.
- Merchandising: Ensure that the store is well-presented, with products attractively displayed and stock levels maintained.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve overall store objectives and create a supportive work environment.
- Events and Promotions: Participate in promotional events and activities to boost brand awareness and sales.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably within the fragrance or luxury goods industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Appearance: Presentable and professional appearance consistent with the luxury brand image.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and customer-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required. Additional languages, particularly Arabic, are an advantage.
- Visa: Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE, with visa sponsorship provided by AromsTech Perfumes.
