Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, and provide assistance with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with trying on clothing, locating items in the store, and processing transactions at the cash register.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and product features to effectively communicate information to customers.
- Stocking and Merchandising: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Fitting Room Assistance: Monitor fitting room areas, assist customers with trying on clothing, and ensure that fitting rooms are clean and well-maintained.
- Inventory Management: Conduct periodic inventory counts, report discrepancies to management, and assist with receiving and processing shipments as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and uphold store standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback and suggestions for improving store operations, customer service, and overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous retail experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others.
- Fashion Knowledge: Interest in fashion trends, clothing styles, and brand offerings.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
