Key Responsibilities:
- Package Sorting: Sort and organize packages based on destination, delivery route, or other criteria, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the sorting process.
- Loading and Unloading: Load and unload packages onto conveyors, pallets, or delivery vehicles as needed, following proper procedures and safety guidelines.
- Scanning and Tracking: Scan packages using handheld devices or barcode scanners to record tracking information and update delivery status in real-time.
- Quality Control: Inspect packages for damage, irregularities, or incorrect labeling, and report any issues to supervisory personnel.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking package volumes and identifying discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyor belts as needed, following proper procedures and protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
