Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Receive and process online orders from customers, selecting items accurately and efficiently from store shelves.
- Product Quality: Inspect items for freshness, quality, and expiration dates, ensuring that only the best products are selected for customers.
- Packaging: Properly package and bag items for delivery or pickup, taking care to organize orders and prevent damage to products.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers as needed to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any questions or concerns.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking product availability, identifying out-of-stock items, and restocking shelves as needed.

- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld devices and other equipment used for order picking and processing, following proper procedures and protocols.

- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in selecting and packaging items.
