Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
Order Delivery:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure that orders are delivered accurately and meet the restaurant’s presentation standards.
- Attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience, including refilling drinks, clearing plates, and addressing any concerns or requests.
Table Maintenance:
- Prepare tables for new guests by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.

- Reset tables promptly after guests depart.
Billing and Payments:
- Prepare and present bills to guests, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Process payments and provide change or receipts as necessary.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:
