We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Website Engineer to join our vibrant group in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Ensure all activities are in compliance with design specifications and project timelines.
- Site Supervision: Oversee site activities, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to site teams. Resolve any technical issues that arise during the construction process.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets the company’s quality standards. Address any defects or issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, material logs, and progress updates. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and submitted as required.
- Health & Safety: Enforce safety protocols on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Resource Management: Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns. Ensure client satisfaction through professional conduct and high-quality work.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a site engineering role, preferably within the UAE construction industry.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project management principles.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
