Job Description:

The Emirates Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administration Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to various departments within the organization. As an Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative activities and functions, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of internal communications, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
  • Support the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and assistance as needed.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and guests.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
