Position Overview:
As a Caretaker at CS Invest, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties. Your role will involve ensuring that all buildings and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. This position requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude to address maintenance issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and plumbing.
- Oversee the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
- Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed, including regular checks of fire alarms and emergency exits.
- Manage and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and concerns regarding maintenance issues.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of common amenities and facilities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report to property management regularly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property maintenance or a similar role preferred.
- Strong technical skills in basic plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.
