Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments by cleaning and sterilizing them regularly.
- Perform quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Document all procedures and results accurately in laboratory information systems.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management by ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in laboratory operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and/or German is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
