Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Order Processing: Assist clients with placing orders, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and processed in a timely manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory, providing clients with expert advice and recommendations based on their needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle client complaints and issues professionally, working to resolve them efficiently and to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and to provide support for ongoing projects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and feedback, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the inventory team to ensure the availability of products and to manage any stock-related issues.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to address any additional needs or concerns.
  • Event Support: Assist with the preparation and coordination of events, including product setup and client support on-site as needed.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail or entertainment industry.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: High level of empathy and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
