Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, chat, or social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers, guiding them through the purchasing process and offering personalized recommendations as needed.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department or technical support team for resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to management, striving to achieve swift and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using CRM software or other tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to coordinate efforts and provide comprehensive solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or a related role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is preferred.
