Position Summary:

MEAT AND SPICE FOR TRADING is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Qatar. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle various customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Address customer concerns, questions, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications. Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders to meet customer expectations.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Stay updated on new products and promotions.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with a problem-solving mindset. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Use CRM software to manage customer information and track service requests.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with customer inquiries related to product availability, pricing, and promotions. Provide support in generating leads and closing sales.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help the company improve products and services. Communicate customer insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs. A positive and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
