Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into company databases from various sources, including paper documents, digital files, and forms.
  • Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, identifying and correcting errors as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain and organize electronic and paper files, ensuring that all data is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Data Management: Assist in the development and implementation of data management procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute reports based on the entered data, providing insights and supporting decision-making processes.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in data entry or related fields is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software and databases.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
