Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
- Sort and organize dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware for efficient washing and storage.
- Remove trash and recycling from kitchen areas and dispose of it properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in dishwashing and storage areas, including keeping floors, sinks, and countertops clean and free of debris.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables or portioning ingredients, as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety standards and regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and dining room staff to coordinate dishwashing activities and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications:
