Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Conduct month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and accruals.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support during audits.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, highlighting potential risks and opportunities to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
