Job Summary:

Qatari Investors Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented FM (Facilities Management) Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and operations of our facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and supervise maintenance and repair activities for all facilities, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with external service providers and contractors to procure and manage maintenance services and supplies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all facilities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing the facilities management budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of all facilities-related equipment and supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of facilities, maintenance activities, and any issues or improvements needed.
  • Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans for facilities-related incidents.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee minor construction and renovation projects within the facilities.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments.
