Job Description:
As a Storekeeper at Menuiserie Letsch SA, you will play a crucial role in managing our inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your primary responsibilities will be to receive, store, and organize materials, as well as prepare them for production and delivery. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements
Your tasks will include:
- Receiving and inspecting incoming materials and products, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Storing materials in designated areas, maintaining proper inventory control, and updating stock records
- Preparing materials for production, including cutting, sorting, and assembling components as needed
- Picking and packing orders for delivery to customers or for internal use
- Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules
- Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools
- Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Assisting with logistics and transportation arrangements as required
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in warehouse or storekeeping roles is a plus
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) and lift heavy materials
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Luxembourg
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French, German, or Luxembourgish is an asset
