Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms, ensuring they are presentable at all times.
  • Linen Management: Replace used towels and bed linens with clean ones, and replenish guest room amenities as needed.
  • Waste Disposal: Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in designated areas.
  • Restocking Supplies: Ensure cleaning carts are stocked with necessary supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Inspection: Perform routine inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards.
  • Reporting: Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide courteous and professional service to guests, addressing any requests or inquiries they may have.
  • Adherence to Protocols: Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.


  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
