Your responsibilities will include:

- Mobility Assistance: Supporting clients with mobility aids such as wheelchairs, walkers, and canes, and providing assistance with transferring, positioning, and mobility exercises to maintain physical health and well-being.
- Medication Assistance: Assisting clients with medication reminders and administration as prescribed by healthcare professionals, ensuring compliance with medication schedules and safety protocols.
- Emotional Support: Providing emotional support and companionship to clients through attentive listening, engaging in conversation, and participating in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Household Tasks: Assisting with light housekeeping tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the care team to provide updates on the client’s condition and progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to all new hires.
