Responsibilities:

  • Guest Assistance: Greet guests upon arrival and departure, assist with their luggage, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
  • Room Orientation: Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and hotel amenities to enhance their stay.
  • Valet Services: Provide valet parking services as needed, ensuring the safe and efficient handling of guest vehicles.
  • Transportation Coordination: Assist guests with transportation needs, including arranging taxis, shuttles, and other forms of transportation.
  • Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Safety and Security: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and their belongings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel staff to provide a cohesive and efficient guest experience.
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of guest interactions, luggage tags, and any special requests or issues that arise.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage, stand for extended periods, and navigate through the hotel premises.
  • Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor, maintaining the hotel’s standards of presentation.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
