Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and servicing of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces according to hotel standards.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to departmental standards.
- Replace used amenities in guest rooms.
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs to the housekeeping management.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
- Maintain equipment in good condition and report any deficiencies.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, promptly addressing guests’ requests and concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
