Key Responsibilities
- Test Execution: Conduct tests on aerospace components and systems, including functional, performance, and durability tests.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret test data, identifying any anomalies or issues and providing detailed reports.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of test procedures, results, and any modifications made during testing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and development teams to understand product specifications and testing requirements.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues with components or systems, proposing solutions to resolve any problems.
- Compliance: Ensure that all testing procedures comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and processes, providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a testing or quality assurance role, particularly within the aerospace industry, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using testing equipment and software; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in conducting tests and recording results.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
