Position Overview:
As a Kitchen Fitter at Ameublements Thill, you will be responsible for the precise installation of custom kitchen components to ensure a flawless finish and superior functionality. Working closely with our design and production teams, you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients’ visions to life by meticulously fitting and assembling kitchen elements on-site. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to deliver exceptional results within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and understand kitchen design plans and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
- Measure and prepare installation sites, including wall surfaces, floors, and cabinetry, to ensure a precise fit.
- Install kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, appliances, and other components according to design specifications and quality standards.
- Align and level cabinets, ensuring proper placement and functionality of doors, drawers, and hardware.
- Secure cabinets and countertops to wall and floor surfaces using appropriate fasteners and techniques.
- Install and connect kitchen appliances, such as ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, and sinks, following manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
- Perform on-site modifications and adjustments as needed to accommodate variations in site conditions or design requirements.
- Inspect finished installations for quality, functionality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project managers to address any questions, concerns, or modifications during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a kitchen fitter, carpenter, or cabinet installer preferred.
- Strong carpentry skills and proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
