Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Helper will assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Unloading: Assist in receiving incoming shipments by unloading trucks, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies, and verifying quantities against packing lists.
- Storage and Organization: Organize and store products in their designated locations, ensuring the warehouse is neat and orderly. Label and stack products appropriately to optimize space.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to customer requirements. Ensure accuracy in order picking and timely preparation for dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. Help maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Packaging: Assist in packaging products securely to prevent damage during transit. Use appropriate packing materials and techniques for various products.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and report any issues.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and report any hazards or accidents immediately.
- General Support: Provide general support to warehouse staff and management as needed. Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and functional workspace.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and equipment operation. Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Personal Attributes: Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Good communication and teamwork skills.
