Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist passengers with check-in procedures, ticketing, and boarding.
  • Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate locations.
  • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with baggage handling, including lost and found procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all security regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with airline staff and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • No previous customer service experience required; full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Good physical condition, capable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.
  • Basic understanding of English to communicate effectively with passengers and team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not essential.
