Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in procedures, ticketing, and boarding.
- Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, and gate locations.
- Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with baggage handling, including lost and found procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all security regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with airline staff and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- No previous customer service experience required; full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Good physical condition, capable of standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.
- Basic understanding of English to communicate effectively with passengers and team members.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus but not essential.
