Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote HVM Properties’ projects and services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
- Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and advertisements.
- Manage social media accounts and online communities, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce marketing materials, such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in organizing and attending events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to showcase HVM Properties’ projects and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing collateral and tools to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various marketing channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform marketing decisions and optimizations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the United Arab Emirates’ real estate market and regulatory environment is a plus.
