Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when needed.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for restocking and maintenance.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier packages and other office correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Collaborate with other team members to support various office functions and projects.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:
