GARAGE CARROSSERIE GRONDHAFF SARL is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our team. As an integral part of our administrative team, you will be responsible for supporting various office functions and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating vehicle drop-offs and pickups.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and billing transactions using computerized systems.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts, and reconcile accounts as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to order parts, materials, and supplies for the shop.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting periodic audits.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and other documents to track expenses, sales, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with technicians and mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and service jobs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including filing paperwork, organizing files, and keeping office supplies stocked.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
  • Fluency in both English and French; knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with automotive terminology and systems is an asset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
