Job Summary:

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, including checking guests in/out, handling inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process reservations, including booking and modifying reservations, and accurately inputting guest information into the hotel management system.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the lobby and guest waiting areas.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing payments.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
  • Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
