Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process reservations, including booking and modifying reservations, and accurately inputting guest information into the hotel management system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the lobby and guest waiting areas.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met efficiently.
- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
