Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack a variety of fresh fruit and snack products based on customer orders.
- Ensure that all products are handled with care to maintain quality and freshness.
- Use handheld scanners and other equipment to track and manage inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- No previous experience required; full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good physical condition, capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 kg.
- Basic English language skills for effective communication with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or packing environment is a plus but not essential.
