As a Senior Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in providing expert advice, guidance, and support to clients on payroll-related matters. Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on payroll-related issues, offering expert guidance and solutions.
- Conduct payroll audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Provide support and training to clients on payroll processes, software systems, and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex payroll queries and issues.
- Stay updated on changes to payroll legislation, tax regulations, and HR practices.
- Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems and processes for clients.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and training sessions as needed.
- Mentor junior members of the team and provide guidance on payroll matters.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Previous experience in payroll administration, tax consulting, or HR consulting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax regulations, and HR policies in Luxembourg.
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (e.g., SAP, ADP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is a plus.
