Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions and update inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Oversee the organization and cleanliness of the storage areas to facilitate easy access and inventory control.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions to replenish inventory as needed.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize loss and optimize storage space.
- Train and mentor junior storekeeping staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all storekeeping activities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role, preferably in a senior or supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in storekeeping.
- Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
- Relevant certification in inventory management or supply chain management is a plus.
