Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site operations to ensure that all project specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering, with extensive experience in steel fabrication and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Supervise and manage day-to-day on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance and control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, resolving any on-site issues that may arise.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and inspection records.
- Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower to optimize project efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns or inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in steel fabrication and construction projects.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
