Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, replenishing shelves, and ensuring the store is well-organized and presentable.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the store.
- Promotions and Events: Participate in promotional activities, special events, and product demonstrations to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends and customer preferences to help shape product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales role, preferably in the toy industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and passionate about toys and children’s products.
