Position Overview:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Keeper to join our team. The Warehouse Keeper will be responsible for the efficient management of our warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all products in the warehouse. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.
- Receiving and Inspection: Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and document all received goods. Ensure products are stored in their designated locations.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. Ensure that all orders are accurate and properly packaged.
- Storage Organization: Organize and maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly manner. Ensure products are stored safely and efficiently to maximize space and accessibility.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations. Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and safe, and report any safety hazards or incidents to the Warehouse Manager.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any issues.
- Documentation: Maintain and update all necessary documentation, including shipping and receiving records, inventory logs, and order forms.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and departments to ensure smooth operations. Assist with training new warehouse employees as needed.
- Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and provide support for any issues related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role. Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry is an advantage.
- Skills: Proficiency in using warehouse management software and inventory systems. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
