Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Inventory Management: Organize and store products in the appropriate locations within the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are correctly labeled and prepared for shipment.
• Shipping: Prepare and label packages for shipping, coordinating with carriers to ensure timely dispatch.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and best practices, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve daily operational goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain records related to shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems are an asset.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
