Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, staff files, and other important documents.
  • Front Desk Duties: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Coordination: Assist in coordinating school events, meetings, and activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between staff, students, and parents, providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring that essential items are always in stock.
  • Support Services: Provide administrative support to the academy’s staff, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting, is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
