As an Admin Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, managing front-desk operations and providing administrative support to various departments.   • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, Part-Time, 40-60 hours per week
  • Education: High School or Diploma Degree
  • Experience: 1-2 Basic Requirements


  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients, providing them with information and assistance.
  • Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when needed.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for company events or client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality as required.


  • Previous experience in office administration, reception, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are a plus.
